Shipping Policy

Once you place your order, you will receive an automated confirmation e-mail, notifying that your order has gone through our system.

Preparation: All orders placed before 12:30 pm (CEST) from Monday to Friday, will be prepared and shipped from our warehouse on the same day.

Shipment: As soon as our warehouse has prepared your order, you should receive another email stating the order status and tracking number.

Demôssa will not be responsible for any delivery incidents that may occur from any customer negligence during the check out process. Please, state all the information required for an appropriate delivery.

If you wish to cancel an order, you must notify us by emailing support@demossa-store.com

At all times Demôssa will work to offer the best service in terms of international shipments, however, it may happen that for some reason or cause beyond our control, an order may be canceled, in which case Demôssa will communicate it within a period not exceeding 24H working accompanied by a refund in the method of payment used by the customer for the purchase.
