Order & Payments
After placing an order and receiving the confirmation email, our team will start to manage the shipment. As soon as your order is on its way, you will be notified via email and provided with the tracking number.
If your order hasn't been prepared by our warehouse, you can cancel or modify it by contacting support@demossa-store.com.
If you haven't received you order confirmation, please check your spam or promotions folder.

This should not occur, but sometimes mistakes happen. If you’ve received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible. Be sure to include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item. We'll make it right as quickly as we can.

Returns & Exchanges
You can request an exchange or a refund up to 14 days after your order has been delivered. You can request either one through our Returns & Exchanges platform. You only need to provide the order number and email.

Returns and exchanges have a cost, except for the first exchange within mainland Spain, which is free of charge. For all other cases, return and exchange fees will apply.
Once your return is made, please allow up to 14 days for it to be received, inspected, and processed by our warehouse. You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your return has been handled.

For EU customers ,VAT is included in the prices.
For United Kingdom, Switzerland, United States, Canada, and Norway, duties and/or taxes will be calculated and paid at checkout, if applicable. So you won't face additional charges upon delivery.
For the rest of international countries, any applicable duties and taxes must be paid upon delivery, as required by the destination country's customs authority.
