Return & Exchange Policy

Items purchased must be returned in their original, unused condition. This means they must be free from wear, damage, stains, odors, or any condition that would prevent resale. All returns must include original packaging and tags and must be made within 14 days of delivery to qualify for a refund. Please note that in whichever case, either for a return or exchange, if the original order has incurred in shipping costs, these will not be refunded. 

 

Return & Exchange Shipping Fees:

  • Spain – 5€ / Exchange: FREE 
    • Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla – Must be arranged independently via our returns portal
  • Europe I – 10€ / Exchange: 8€
  • Europe II – 15€ / Exchanges: Not available
  • United Kingdom – 15€ /  Exchanges: Not available
  • Rest of the World – 30€ /  Exchanges: Not available

Europe I includes: Albania, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden.

Europe II includes: Norway, Switzerland.

After submitting your request, you’ll receive an email with detailed instructions and a return label. Returns sent without prior authorization via this link will not be accepted.


Exchanges

The first exchange for orders shipped within Spain is free of charge.

Shipping costs for additional exchanges are the customer’s responsibility. If the exchanged item differs in price, the refund or additional payment will be processed through our returns portal.

To request a return or exchange for an item that was already exchanged, contact us at support@demossa-store.com.

If you received an incorrect or defective item, please email support@demossa-store.com, before submitting a return or exchange request.
